Thanks for your commentary. More Americans need to spend some time in Europe, and realize it is quite acceptable. Our large 'news' channels often hew more to opinions, wish they would stick closer to the news.

Hard to imagine that this information is being withheld! Compared to the news I see here (mostly the BBC), the news in the U.S. is really one story with a panel of "experts" who talk (shout) about it for a half hour or so. Few news outlets bother to give the news these days, sad to say.
